Completed :legacy in Nicosia — a project representing a new era rooted in Cyprus’ heritage, at the heart of the island’s business hub. Launched a total of 36 new projects.
Introduced bbf: awards, the first awards recognising top partner brokers and real estate agencies in Cyprus. Released our customer mobile app: bbf: community. Completed :marco polo, our first front-line landmark project. Won three Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2024 in Cyprus.
Became Cyprus’ leading residential developer by sales value. Expanded to 300+ employees and 150+ projects. Launched :synergy, our first residential project in Larnaca, completed :liberty, and added 9 commercial projects. Won the Luxury Lifestyle Award 2023 for :eden roc and ranked among the world’s Top 100 real estate brokers and developers.
The bbf: brand was launched as a global real estate development brand, reflecting our commitment to building a better future through world-class projects. We also introduced three sub-brands: bbf: design, bbf: care, and bbf: rent. In the same year, we began developing and investing in the new campus of the University of Limassol (formerly CIIM).
Renovation began on the historic Berengaria Hotel in Prodromos. :sky tower was completed, becoming our tallest residential building at 23 floors. As part of this project, bbf: became the first developer in Cyprus to use post-tensioning structural engineering.
The company expanded further by opening an office in Athens and establishing bbf: Greece, our real estate development business in Greece. We also launched :the heritage, our first residential development in Paphos.
International expansion continued with the launch of a new sales office in China. In Cyprus, operations grew with the opening of a new sales office in Nicosia and the start of construction on two residential developments in the capital.
Our team of 100 professionals moved to our new fully eco-friendly and energy-efficient Head Office, completed in just one year. We began construction on another landmark project – :montebello, a gated community of premium villas.
Together with UHA, we began construction on two new landmark projects – :hillside and :eden roc – setting a new standard for premium real estate in Cyprus.
A strategic collaboration with UHA has been established, a leading London-based architectural firm. Construction began on :sky tower – bbf:’s first landmark project, a high-rise residential building in Germasogeia.
We opened our offices in Paphos and Larnaca. We also officially acquired PKS Kudos & Style, which became our in-house design studio and furnishing showroom in Limassol.
We introduced the concept of affordable luxury as a fresh residential approach, which has since become bbf:’s signature style. Development started on :maiya residence and :arkada house.
