bbf: kicks off Construction for Luxurious Gated Residential Complex Elatia, in the Heart of Kifissia, Athens!

In 2021 we embarked on our journey to expand our expertise in Greece, by establishing and operating our first offices in Athens. 

Currently, we have a total of 15 development projects in various design and development phases in Athens, Greece. 

Today, we are delighted to announce the launch of the construction phase this month for our new gated residential development project, Elatia situated in the heart of Kifissia.

The modern luxury residential project, Elatia, will consist of  two blocks with a total of 10 luxury apartments and maisonettes , ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms, offering state-of-the-art quality standards.
