The new project

Palodia 492, is set in Frontarico's own assets in Palodia, Limassol, within a Specialized Development Area as defined under the Approved Zoning Plans for Palodia of the Town Planning and Housing, earmarked as the educational institutions hub. Notably in the close vicinity of Palodia 492, there are currently one public elementary school and three private schools, "The Heritage Private School", the "Pascal Private Primary School" and the “Island Private School”.

Frontarico's assets span a Gross Land Area of 310,352 square meters, set in a secluded location just 9km from Limassol city centre and at distance of around 60-70km from the island’s two airports. Specifically, it is located north of the Troodos roundabout and the Limassol-Nicosia A1 national motorway, and to the west of B8 motorway that connects the city of Limassol with the mountainous region of Troodos. B8 is currently undergoing an upgrade to a four-lane road and Phase A1 that facilitates access to Palodia 492 is expected to be completed in 2024.

Palodia 492, is a multifaceted Project that brings together in a unified topography, the University of Limassol latest academic facilities along with a collection of Student Accommodation Facilities, the Research & Development Facilities, a uniformly composited complex of Private Residential buildings, a mix use area with retail, dining, entertainment, fitness and landscape getaways, a central plaza featuring an amphitheatre, encircled by the rich outdoors situated on dramatic hillsides with wide panoramic views.

It also features complimentary components with focus on environmental and cultural enrichment of the area amongst the sizeable public green areas, community eq. area, soft and hard landscaping areas and other basic infrastructure such as a primary and secondary road network, etc.
